General
All deliveries are strictly carried out according to our terms and conditions. All deviations have to be confirmed by us in writing. All price quoted include V.A.T.
Delivery time
Usually the your delivery will reach you withing 5 to 7 working days after ordering. Should the delivery time be longer due to increased demand, we ask for your understanding.
Returns
Products, which do not meet your expectations, may be retured to us within 14 days. Please understand, that due to copyright laws we are only able to accept returns in their unopened original wraping. In case of a return, please quote your client and invoice number as well as your banking details to ensure the rapid return of the purchase price to you. In all cases we can only receive returns with adequate postage. Returns per C.O.D. are not accepted. Please only return products to the address on your invoice.

All personal data received from you will be treated with strict confidentialy and will be saved and processed within the legal parameters.
Ownership
Delivered stock remains the posession of kw-tools Until the full purchase price has been paid.
