Tool setter VEG-40
The presetting VEG is an economical alternative to the conventional tool setting.
This is measured by diameters by the swivelling toolhead and makes lengths possible with a height gauge equipment.
A bayonet lock at steep ninepin tools or a lateral clamping at VDI tools guarantees a solid seat of the toolhead.
- Tool basic SK 40
- Usable with an external height gauge equipment
- Precision stored toolhead
- Max. adjusts 200 mm =
- Round run deviation < = 0.01 mm
- Swivelling stored 90 degrees aluminium basic body
- Base plate in a high-strength aluminium execution
- Tool clamping over bayonet lock
- 90 degrees indexation
- Measurement of the length into vertical position
- Measurement of the diameter into horizontal position
- Zero inquiry about firm reference points at the ground field
